Shopping with three kids in tow can get hectic, but the staff remained patient and gave us plenty of time to decide. They emphasized safety features and durability, which were more important to us than any flashy extras. The SUV offers generous space and has only needed routine maintenance so far. Overall, it was a smooth, no-pressure experience from beginning to end.
