Joi was a 10 in excellence and care. I was so stressed out and nearly in tears and she comforted me and it felt like I just met a friend to help rescue me in my challenging situation. Did I mention her name is JOI? A blown tire! She looked at my account and saw that I had a extended warranty. It covered the cost of my blown tire. If you need to buy a car, work with Cole. He is a fantastic salesmen, and he actually cares about you and your needs as a family. He also knows a lot of information about cars, and doesn't talk down to you. Very grateful to have had such a positive experience at this dealership. Not many places will treat you as well. Overall, can't say enough good things about our experience at Jay Wolfe Honda in KCMO. Also - very comfortable lobby for waiting/complimentary beverages as an added perk.
